Michael and Christy Sells of Livingston proudly announce the birth
of their son, Shawn Michael Sells, who was born May 13, 1999.
He weighed 10 lbs. 6.3 oz. and was 22 inches long. Proud grandparents
are Lois and Betty Sells of the Independence Community and Willie
Roy and Paulette Sidwell of Livingston. Great grandparents are Velma
Hood of Livingston and the late Clarence Hood and Herman and Inis
Sidwell.
Terry Bilbrey and Kendall Lloyd proudly announce the birth of their
son, Kohle Deloye, who was born June 10, 1999, in Jacksonville,
FL. He weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Proud
grandparents are Melvin and Jane Bilbrey of Livingston and Terry
and Rodger Bushman and William Lloyd of MacClenny, FL. Proud great
grandparents are Verna Crews of MacClenny, FL, and Emma Bilbrey
of HardyÕs Chapel Road.

Miss King And Mr. Brown To Exchange September
Vows
Retha (Puckett) Farley of Cookeville announces the engagement and
forthcoming marriage of her daughter Janet Leigh (Farley) King,
to Ronald Elbert Brown, son of Kurt and Lucy Brown of Hilham.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Billy Joe Farley.
The groom is the grandson of Elbert and Dois (Ramsey) Chrisman
of Gainesboro. She is a graduate of Putnam County Senior High School
and is employed as administrative assistant for Nielsen and Bainbridge
LLC in Gainesboro.
He is a 1998 graduate of Tennessee Technological University where
he earned his degree in business administration. He is co-owner,
along with his father Kurt, of BrownÕs Building Services based in
Jackson County.
The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 1999,
at Lakeside ResortÕs The Villa Veranda on Center Hill Lake in Smithville.
The couple will honeymoon at Ormond Beach in Florida and will
reside on Center Hill Lake in Silver Point.
Miss Taulbee And Mr. Dorris To Exchange August

William and Jeanette Taulbee of Rickman announce the engagement
and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Billie Jo to Jason Todd
Dorris, son of Thomas Dorris and Sherri Dorris of Westmoreland.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bige and Lena Williams
of Hyden, KY.
She is a 1997 graduate of Livingston Academy and is currently
in her third year at Tennessee Technological University.
He is a 1996 graduate of Westmoreland High School and is currently
employed at Tool Technology in Cookeville as a mechanical draftsman
designer.
The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 1999, at
Algood Church of God. All friends and family are invited to attend.

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Parsons of Cookeville proudly announce the

at Allons Baptist Church in Allons.
