Birth Announcements
Stan and Amanda Hammock of Rickman proudly announce the birth of
their son, Matthew Tyler, who was born July 7, 1999. He weighed
7 lbs. 10.9 oz. and was 21 inches long. Proud grandparents are Bobby
and Sandra Beaty and Carlon and Mildred Hammock. Also welcoming
home the new arrival was half sister Chelsea Hammock.
David and Pam Dowdy of Byrdstown proudly announce the birth of
their son, Dylan David Dwight, who was born July 14, 1999.
He weighed 6 lbs. 3 oz. and was 18 inches long. Grandparents are
Ben and Nola Benson of Cookeville and the late Hershel Dowdy and
Ora Dowdy of Byrdstown. Also welcoming home the new arrival were
big brother and sister Zachary and Alicia.
Jeff and Dana McDonald of Livingston proudly announce the birth
of their son, Jaylon Amos, who was born July 14, 1999. He
weighed 7 lbs. and was 18 1/2 inches long. Proud grandparents are
J.L. and Betty Abston and Gary and Lois McDonald. Great grandparents
are Myrtle McDonald and Daisy Stephens. Also welcoming home the
new arrival was big brother and sister Ryan and Natasha.
Steve and Christy Wright of Livingston proudly announce the birth
of their son, Daris Stone, who was born July 24, 1999. He
weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. Proud grandparents
are J.D. Masters of Hilham, Kathy Masters of Allons, and Don and
Suzy Wright of Alpine. Also welcoming home the new arrival was big
brother Storm.
Jamie and Crystal Thurman of Albany, KY, proudly announce the
birth of their daughter, Ashleigh Crystan, who was born July
16, 1999. Proud grandparents are Gary and Cathy Smith and James
and Imadean Thurman. Great grandparents are Homer and Ann Smith,
Phyllis Parrigin, Mable Thurman, Ruth Daley, and the late Curt Parrigin,
Imon Thurman, and Jim Daley. Also welcoming home the new arrival
were an aunt and four uncles.

their son, Andrew Blake, who was born July 21, 1999. He weighed
6 lbs. 8 oz. and was 20 inches long. Proud grandparents are Lawrence

Miss Harvey And Mr. Hinson To Exchange Sept.
Wedding Vows
Roger and Diann Harvey of Livingston proudly announce the engagement
and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Cynthia Annette
Harvey, to Mr. Noah Wade Hinson, son of Rick and Sherrie Hinson
of Monterey.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Grady Harvey of Monroe
and the late Fannie Harvey and Willie Oakley and Lela Oakley of
Rushing Springs.
The bridegroom-to-be is the grandson of Eulos and Jewel Hinson
of Tyler Point Community and Ornan and Judy Robbins of Rickman.
She is a 1996 graduate of Livingston Academy and is currently a
senior elementary education major at Tennessee Technological University.
He is a 1994 graduate of Livingston Academy and is currently employed
by the Overton County Board of Education.
The wedding is planned for 2 p.m., September 4, 1999, at the Livingston
Church of Christ. No formal invitations have been sent. All friends
and relatives are invited to attend.

Miss Rauscher And Mr. Pate Exchange June 19
Wedding Vows
Suzanne Elise Rauscher became the bride of Forrest Blanton Pate
III Saturday, June 19, 1999, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran
Church in Phoenix, AR, with Reverend Philip Eaves officiating the
ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Walter and Pat Hann of Scottsdale,
AR, and the granddaughter of Faye Hamman of Decatur, IL, and the
late Francis Hamman, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Rauscher.
The groom is the son of Forrest and Judy Pate of Farragut and the
grandson of Forrest and Anita Pate of Madison, Christine Norrod
of Livingston, and the late Homer Norrod.
Music for the ceremony was provided by the Alegro String Quartet
and featured both traditional music and selections from the Phantom
of the Opera. Scriptural reading from the Bible was by Greg Matthews
of Los Angeles, CA.
The bride, which was escorted by her parents, wore a white satin,
fitted gown with a sleeveless bodice and full skirt with a long
train accented with lace and pearls. Her bouquet consisted of pale
yellow and white roses.
Serving as matron of honor was Kendra Smiley of Phoenix, AR, and
bridesmaids were sister of the bride Tina Hann, Phoenix, AR, Maria
Wegener, Chicago, IL, Leslie Shannon, Los Angeles, CA, and Tonja
Fusco, Phoenix, AR, which all wore long gowns of periwinkle crepe
and carried mixed summer flowers.
A reception including dinner and dancing followed the ceremony
and was held at Sunburst Resort in Scottsdale. Music was provided
by the Al Rotano Band.
Serving as best man was father of the groom and groomsmen were
brother of the groom Nathan Pate, Germantown, Paul Chattaway, Knoxville,
Brian Lagarce, Los Angeles, CA, and Jonathon Rowe and Rod Suess,
both of Memphis.
Ushers were the brideÕs brother Steven Rauscher of Phoenix and
Captain Taylor Rhodes of Los Angeles, CA.
She graduated from the University of Arizona where she was a member
of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and is currently an associate producer
with King World Productions in Los Angeles, CA.
He graduated from German-town High School and the University of
Tennessee in Knoxville. He was vice president of Sigma Alpha Epsilon
fraternity, vice president of the Inter Fraternity Council, Order
of Omega, and was student representative to the U.T. Board of Trustees.
He is currently a production associate with Bungalow Three in Los
Angeles, CA, and is an actor/writer belonging to the Screen Actors
Guild and the Attic Theater Company.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii before returning home to Los
Angeles, CA.
