Melissa
Hooten of Hilham proudly announces the birth of her daughter, Aspen
Brook, who was born November 1, 1999. She weighed 4 lbs. 3 oz.,
and was 18-3/4 inches long. Proud grandparents are Jack and Diane
Hooten. Also welcoming home the new arrival were her Great Grandma
Hooten and Great Grandpa Basil.

and Rebecca Bohart of Byrdstown proudly announce the birth of their
son, Fate James, who was born November 6, 1999. He weighed 6 lbs.
10.2 oz. Proud grandparents are Jerry and Jan Bohart and Rick and
Norma Johnson.
Billy
and Amanda Adkins of Cookeville proudly announce the birth of their
daughter, Kalee Ann, who was born October 31, 1999. She weighed
7 lbs. 14 oz., and was 20-1/4 inches long. Proudly welcoming the
new arrival home were her grandparents, Billy E. and Janice Adkins
and Rick and Debbie Fletcher, great grandma Minnie Adkins, great-great
grandma Florene Dixon, and her two older brothers, Damian and Izic.

and Christy Sperry proudly announce the birth of their son, Joshua
Stephen, who was born on October 28, 1999. He weighed 8 lbs. 14.3
oz., and was 19-3/4 inches long. Proud grandparents are Stephen
and Susan Sperry and Jayne Wittke and C. Russell Whitney.

son, Tristan Joshua, who was born on October 27, 1999. He weighed
8 lbs. 13.5 oz., and was 21 inches long. Proud grandparents are

daughter, Desiray Marie Fisher, who was born November 8, 1999. She
weighed 6-1/2 lbs., and was 18 inches long. Proud grandparents are
Nella and Jesse Manderson, Cary McKenzie, Pat Qualls, and Rick Qualls.
Kristy
and Tifford Lee Gunnels Jr. of Livingston proudly announce the birth
of their daughter, Kyria Grace Orene, who was born on October 25,
1999. She weighed 6 lbs. 11 oz., and was 20 inches long. The new
arrival is the granddaughter of Anita Jernigan, Livingston, Tifford
and Ottolene Gunnels Jr., Rickman, and the late James A. Ray Sr.;
the great grandaughter of Betty Ray, Lois and Betty Sells, and the
late Mildred Sells; and the great-great granddaughter of Grady Harvey.
She is the sister of the late Hunter Gunnels. Welcoming her home
were her two brothers, Lee and Gage, and her sister, Destiniy.
Stacey
and Sherry Smith of the Timothy community proudly announce the birth
of their daughter, Alexis Brianna, who was born on November 5, 1999.
She weighed 9 lbs. 15 oz., and was 21-1/2 inches long. She is the
granddaughter of Steve and Kendra Smith, Timothy, Rebecca Wheatley,
Cookeville, and the late Roger V. Norris; and the great granddaughter
of Jean Norris, Livingston, Hallie Rhoton, Celina, and Barbara and
Harrison Smith, Timothy.

Miss Cross And Mr. Wilson Exchange September
24 Vows

Annette Marie Cross of Monterey, given inmarriage by her father,
became the bride of Richard Dale Wilson of Monterey Friday, September
24, 1999, at Faith Outreach Center. Bro. Ferrell Looper officiated
the 3 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Carol Vanden Brink of Canada and James
Cross of Kilgore, TX, and the granddaughter of Frank and Nettie
Baldwin of Anderson, IN. She is a 1996 graduate of Livingston Academy
and has recently received her CNA degree from Overton Country Nursing
Home. She will soon begin working at Master's Health Care Center
in Algood, although she is currently employed at Tietgen's in Livingston.
The groom is the son of Richard C. and Barbara Wilson of Monterey,
and the grandson of Oral and Gladys Looper, Ruth Wilson, and the
late Clayton Wilson. He is a 1990 graduate of Livingston Academy.
He also served four years in the United States Navy aboard the USS
Yellowstone, having left with an Honorable Discharge. He is currently
employed with Dacco in Cookeville.
The wedding march was played by Freddie Looper as the bride entered.
The brideÕs dress was a beautiful, cream colored lace and satin
tea length gown. She wore babyÕs breath in her hair.
She carried a bouquet that she had hand-crafted.
Serving as maid of honor was daughter of the groom, Katlyn Nichole
Wilson and bridesmaids were Neisha Beth Farris and Rebecca Lynn
Farris, all wearing cream satin with peach lace dresses made by
the groomÕs mother, a rose halo in their hair, and carrying peach
roses and babyÕs breath bouquets crafted by the bride.
Serving as best man was Joseph Andrew Wilson and groomsmen were
Nathan Allen Wilson and Jerry Dwayne Wilson, all sons of the groom.
The couple exchanged rings that had been passed down to the bride
by her mother.
A reception was held following the ceremony with the groomÕs mother
providing the wedding cake. The groomÕs cake was decorated to look
like the groomÕs truck.
