The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Major Richard Arlon Jones Hancock and Clara P. Hancock and Dale L. Pope and Peggy R. Pope. The groom is the grandson of William H. Cathcart and Melba C. Cathcart and Clinton Robbins and Doris Robbins. She currently attends Tennessee Technological University. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and is currently employed in Nashville as a computer programmer. The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 1999, at Alpine Presbyterian Christ Church.
Tommy and Billie Rooker of Livingston announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rebecca Ruth, to Robert Case, son of Ginny West Case of Knoxville and Bob Case of McMinnville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Birdie and Roy Jackson of Livingston and Bryan and Polly Rooker, also of Livingston. The groom is the grandson of Virginia West of DeSoto, GA, and the late Jim West and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Case. She is a 1998 graduate of Livingston Academy and is a sophomore at Tennessee Technological University, majoring in human ecology. She is currently employed at Little Shepherd Childcare in Livingston. He is a 1989 graduate of Hunters Lane High School in Nashville. He received a bachelorŐs degree in accounting and a masterŐs in management information systems. He is currently employed at Cracker Barrel in Lebanon as a systems analyst. The wedding is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 1999, at Livingston Church of Christ, with a reception immediately following in the Wyndham Building. All friends and family are invited to attend.
