The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Patricia Ford of Rickman and the granddaughter of W.F. and Avie Jones and Betty Cowan, all of Cookeville, and the late George Cowan. The groom is the son of Jerry Howard of Sparta and Gail Howard of Rickman and the grandson of Braska Howard of Sparta, R.D. Ledbetter of Hilham, and the late Lola Ledbetter.The wedding is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, November 27, 1999, at Paran Methodist Church. No formal invitations will be sent. Threet and Robert "Bobby" Jacoby of Celina proudly announce
the birth of their son, Matthew Alan Thomas Jacoby, who was
born October 24, 1999, at Livingston Regional Hospital. He weighed
5 lbs. 15.4 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Proud grandparents are
David and Winnie Threet of Celina and Alan and Sandy Jacoby of Cookeville.

Nichelle Threet.

Tyler Dakota Cherry, who was born October 10, 1999, at Livingston
Regional Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs. 8 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches

and the late Roy Blay of Red Boiling Springs and David Cherry of
