Miss McCloud And Mr. Cook Exchange September 25 Vows Shelia Lynn McCloud of Jamestown became the bride of Phillip Cook of Jamestown Saturday, September 25, 1999, at Rickman First Freewill Baptist Church with Paul Bradley officiating the 2 p.m. ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Comer McCloud Jr. of Rickman and Dorothy Prater of Cookeville. She is the granddaughter of the late Comer McCloud and Naomi McCloud. The groom is the son of Carol and Dale Hunt of Jamestown. He is the grandson of Oscar and Roselle Smith.
