Christina and Scott Simmons of Hendersonville proudly announce
the birth of their son, Nicholas Alexander, who was born
August 26, 1999, at Hendersonville Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 15
oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. Proud grandparents are Howard and
Auda Ledbetter of Livingston, Ann Miller of Johnson City and Phil
Simmons of Bristol, VA.

L.C. and Kathy Smith of Byrdstown announce the engagement and forthcoming
marriage of their daughter, Lisa Danielle, to Dewey Adam Robbins,
son of Shelton and Imogene Robbins of Monroe. The wedding is planned
for 4 p.m. Sunday, October 24, 1999, at McDonaldÕs Chapel in Monroe.
No formal invitations will be sent. All family and friends are invited

Miss McCloud And Mr. Cook Exchange September
25 Vows
Shelia Lynn McCloud of Jamestown became the bride of Phillip Cook
of Jamestown Saturday, September 25, 1999, at Rickman First Freewill
Baptist Church with Paul Bradley officiating the 2 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Comer McCloud Jr. of Rickman and Dorothy
Prater of Cookeville. She is the granddaughter of the late Comer
McCloud and Naomi McCloud.
The groom is the son of Carol and Dale Hunt of Jamestown. He is
the grandson of Oscar and Roselle Smith.
