In this cause, it appearing from the record that the Defendant(s), UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VELMA HOLMAN, INA RUTH BURCHETT, FRANKIE BURCHETT, JUANITA POSTON, NELL HAMMOCK, and MYRTLE SHELTON, may have an interest in a certain parcel of land recorded March 24, 1945, in Deed Book 82, Page 399, Register’s Office of Overton County, Tennessee, located on southerly side of existing Highway 52 directly across 1614 Highway 52, containing 3.735 acres, Tax Map/Parcel 36/105.01, and more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Petition For Condemnation heretofore filed in this cause on July 29, 2014, said Legal Description is available for viewing at the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office; and further,

IT APPEARING that the location and address of the above-named Defendant(s) is unknown and that regular service of process cannot be had upon it; and further,

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) successive weeks in Overton County News published in Overton County, Tennessee, requiring said Defendant(s), UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VELMA HOLMAN, INA RUTH BURCHETT, FRANKIE BURCHETT, JUANITA POSTON, NELL HAMMOCK, and MYRTLE SHELTON, to appear and make defense to said Petition for Condemnation before the Circuit Court of Overton County, Tennessee, within thirty (30) days after the fourth weekly publication of this order, the same will be taken as admitted by Defendant(s) and the case will be set for hearing ex parte or without Defendant(s) present at the hearing.
