ANTHONY R. STEELE, Successor Trustee of a Deed of Trust (Open Ended) executed on June 27, 2006, by PLATEAU SAND, A TENNESSEE GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, CONSISTING OF DAIL R. CANTRELL, ASHLEY K. SEXTON, JERRY HACKWORTH AND WIFE, LISA HACKWORTH which appears of record in the Register’s Office of Overton County, Tennessee, at Record Book 20, Page 231, and Register’s Office of Putnam County, Tennessee, at Record Book 326, Page 647 (“Deed of Trust”) will sell for cash at a foreclosure sale requested by the current holder of the Deed of Trust and underlying indebtedness, Clayton Bank and Trust, the property described below.

Sale Date and Location: August 21, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee.

Tax Map Identification No.: 134-039.00 (Overton) and 074-001.02 (Putnam) (However, the property description shall control in the event of any inconsistencies between the description and address or tax identification number).

Parties Interested: Joe W. McCaleb (Record Book 543, Page 124), Brian Paddock (Record Book 599, Page 329), and Joe W. McCaleb & Brian Paddock (Record Book 649, Page 154 – Putnam and Record Book 97, Page 192 – Overton).
