SEXTON, JERRY HACKWORTH AND WIFE, LISA HACKWORTH which appears of record in the Register’s Office of Overton County, Tennessee, at Record Book 20, Page 231, and Register’s Office of Putnam County, Tennessee, at Record Book 326, Page 647 (“Deed of Trust”) will sell for cash at a foreclosure sale requested by the current holder of the Deed of Trust and underlying indebtedness, Clayton Bank and Trust, the property described below.
