Realty to be sold under the provisions of a Deed of Trust executed by Stephen L. Eby and wife, Debra J. Eby,
Grantors, is located in Overton County, Tennessee and designated as:
TRACT I: beginning at an iron pin near a utility pole on the West margin of the Jones Cemetery Road, being Vassel Ledford’s Southeast corner; thence westardly with Vassel Ledford’s line, to an iron pin of the Copeland line, a fence row, approximately 109 feet to an iron pin; thence eastwardly to an iron pin on the margin of the Jones Cemetery road; thence northwardly with said road, 109 feet to the point of Beginning, and containing one (1) acre, more or less. TRACT II: Beginning at a light pole by the road at the cemetery; thence going west 396 feet Copeland line; thence going north 109 feet with Copeland line to a stake; thence going East 396 feet to a road by the cemetery; thence going South 109 feet to the light pole and point of beginning and containing one acre, more or less.
TRACT III: beginning at a stake on Ledford Lane, at a point common with Barbara L Egany and Theora Stumpf; thence running with Ledford Lane, southwestwardly approximately 175 feet to a stake in the line of Theora Stumpf; thence running Northwestwardly with the line Theora Stumpf, approximately 400 feet to a stake in the line of Theora Stumpf and Copeland at a fence; thence with a fence in Copeland line, northwardly approximately 385 feet to a stake; thence eastwardly approximately 140 feet to a stake in the corner of Theora Stumpf; thence back southwardly with the line of Stumpf, approximately 208 feet to a stake at the corner of Stumpf; thence eastwardly with the Theora Stumpf approximately 208 feet back to the point of beginning in Ledford Lane, and containing approximately three acres, more or less, and being an l-shaped parcel of land.
TRACT III is subject to a 20 foot wide right-of-way along the south line of the cave acre and 20 foot wide along the west right-of-way of Ledford Lane for the purpose of granting a right-of-way for cedar lake camp as more fully described in a warranty deed from Theora Stumpf to Children’s Gospel Hour, Inc, dated September 22,1995, of record at Deed Book 269, page 49 Overton County Records.
