SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed November 5, 2009 by Patricia L. Key & Doyle G. Key, wife and husband to Marc A. Rosser Esq of Knox, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the office of the Register of Overton County, Tennessee, in Record Book 74, Page 468, and the undersigned having been appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the said Register’s Office, and the owner of the debt secured, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, at the option of the owner, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 commencing at 12:00 PM, at the East Door of the Courthouse, Livingston, Overton County, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

Situated in County of Overton, State of Tennessee.

All that certain property situated in City of Livingston in the County of Overton, and State of Tennessee and being described in a Deed dated 09/22/2000 and recorded 10/10/2000 in Book 292 Page 689 among the land records of the County and State set forth above, and referenced as follows: Lying and being in the Sixth (6th) Civil District of Overton County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: Lying and being in the 6th Civil District of Overton County, TN., and beginning on an iron pin at a culvert on the East side of New Highway 42 and a corner to estes speck thence with speck North 75° 45’ East 546.0 feet to a rock, corner to Garrett; thence with Garrett for next 2 calls North 12° 25’ West 280.0 feet to a metal fence post; thence South 86° 55’ West 386.1 feet to a point in the right of way of Highway 42; thence with said Highway South 12° 10’ West 396.0 feet to the beginning.
